摘 要:为确定辽宁省花生(Arachis hypogaea Linn.)网斑病病原菌,采用柯赫氏法则,测定从病样中分离的纯培养物致病性,根据其形态学特性及ITS序列分析,对病原菌进行鉴定。采用菌落生长法及凹载玻片萌发法研究病原菌生物学特性。结果表明,辽宁省花生网斑病病原菌为Peyronellaea arachidicola。菌丝生长最适温度为23℃,最佳碳源为麦芽糖、最佳氮源为酵母膏,最适pH为7,光暗交替有利于菌丝生长,菌丝致死温度为45℃。分生孢子萌发的最适温度为25℃,最适pH为7,光照条件有利于分生孢子萌发。In order to confirm the pathogen of peanut web blotch in Liaoning province,the pathogenicity of pure cultures separated from the disease samples was determined by Kirsch's rule,and the pathogenic bacteria were identified according to their morphological characteristics and ITS sequence analysis.The biological characteristics of pathogenic bacteria were studied by colony growth method and concave glass slide germination method.The results showed that the pathogen of peanut netted spot disease in Liaoning province was Peyronellaea arachidicola.The optimum temperature of mycelium growth was 23℃.The best carbon source was maltose,the best nitrogen source was yeast paste,the optimum pH was 7,the light dark alternation was beneficial to the mycelium growth and the mycelial lethal temperature was 45℃.The optimum temperature for conidia germination was 25℃,the optimum pH was 7,and the illumination condition was beneficial to conidial germination.
