摘  要:文章采用资料查询、实地调研、走访学习和座谈讨论方法,分析整理出"卓越物流师"建设背景下供应链管理课程存在教学目标模糊、课时分配欠妥、考核方式繁杂、受众基础薄弱、教学团队专业水平和实践能力待提升等问题,并提出供应链管理课程教学改革举措:明确"重基础、深挖掘"教学定位,增加课程总课时、合理分配理论课时和实践课时解决课时掣肘,前置专业基础必修课和指定学科课外阅读书提高受众基础,改革课程考核体系和提升教学团队能力使"卓越"培养要求落到实处等,研究立足现实问题,结论对同级别高校的卓越工程师建设有一定的实践借鉴价值。To answer the national call to cultivate outstanding talents and improve the implementation effect of"six excellence,one top"plan,the research group carried out data inquiry,field research,visit learning and discussion and analyzed and sorted out five problems in the course,such as unclear teaching objectives,inadequate class allocation,complicated assessment methods,weak foundation of the course audience,and poor professionalism and capabilities of the teaching team.The research proposes that the teaching of supply chain should emphasize the building a solid foundation and facilitating students’exploration.The total class hour should be increased and a rational division should be made between theoretical and practical parts.The advanced compulsory courses and extracurricular books should be offered to promote the students’understanding.Besides,the reform of the curriculum evaluation system and the empowerment of the teaching group can make the excellent visions in place.The research conclusion based on the team’s down-to-earth research manner will be of guidance to the development of excellent engineer projects in other HNNU counterparts.
