摘  要:采用相同的铅膏配方与和膏设备,通过改变活性炭与木素的混合方式,考察不同的和膏方式对铅炭负极性能的影响。采用SEM对活性炭、固化铅膏与活性物质的形貌进行表征,用电池综合性能测试仪对电池性能进行测试。结果表明,木素与活性炭在水中进行预混合比直接干混可使电池具有更好的充放电性能,如部分荷电态循环性能提升40%。Using the same paste formula and paste equipment,the paste was prepared by changing the mixing mode of activated carbon and lignin,and the influences of different mixing modes on the properties of lead-carbon negative were investigated.The morphologies of activated carbon,pastes and NAM were characterized by SEM,and the battery’s performances were tested by the battery comprehensive tester.The results showed that the performances of lead-carbon electrode was affected by paste mode,and the charge-discharge performance was improved by the premix of lignin and activated carbon in water and the PSoC circulation performance was increased by 40%.
