摘 要:白文东专用线接轨于太兴铁路白文东站,通过白文疏解线与瓦日铁路连通。通过该专用线,可将煤炭经瓦日铁路发送至日照港,可将集装箱经太兴、石太铁路运输至华北地区。为适应项目运输需求并保证运输组织高效、顺畅,分析了白文疏解线坡度条件、运输组织及区间构筑物荷载标准,确定了专用线牵引质量(瓦日线列车为10000 t,太兴线列车为5000 t);为了使专用线两个方向、两种牵引质量的列车均具备整列接发条件,结合现场地形条件,提出太兴线北侧布置、太兴线南侧布置的专用线选址方案,以及10000 t列车环线装车、10000 t列车纵列式装车、10000 t分解装车的站场布置方案,并从工程投资、征地难度、煤炭储运系统适应性、装车作业效率、工程难易程度等方面进行技术经济比选,最终推荐太兴线南侧布置的环线装车方案。Baiwendong industrial siding is connected with Baiwen east station which is an intermediate station of Taiyuan-Xingxian Railway,connecting with Watang-Rizhao Railway by Baiwen Distribution Line.The industrial siding sends coals to Rizhao port by Watang-Rizhao Railway,meanwhile sends containers to North China by Taiyuan-Xingxian and Taiyuan-Shijiazhuang Railways.In order to meet the transportation needs of the project and ensure the efficient and smooth transportation organization,this paper analyzes the slope condition,transportation organization and the load standard of the section structures of Baiwen distribution line,and determines the traction weight of the industrial siding(10000 t for trains through Watang-Rizhao Railway and 5000 t for trains through Taiyuan-Xingxian Railway).To satisfy the efficient organization for the trains of two different traction weight and two different departure direction,combined with the site topography features,this paper presents two site-selection schemes and three station-layout schemes which are loop loading,tandem loading and disassembled loading,then makes analysis and comparison on advantages and disadvantages of above schemes from the aspects including engineering investment,difficulties of the occupying lands and engineering,adaptability of coal storage-transportation system and efficiency of loading,finally,the scheme of loop loading on the south side of Taiyuan-Xingxian line is recommended.
