摘　　要：电容式电压互感器是实现一次系统和二次系统连接的重要设备,在电网的监视运行上起着不可替代的作用。本文针对一起220kV电容式电压互感器典型异常,运用电气试验、油化试验联合诊断分析,得出原因是电压互感器电磁单元中间变压器连接分压电容接头与箱体接地处放电击穿,造成中间接地隔离开关接地短路,最后通过设备解体验证。最后结合异常原因对电压互感器生产制造和运维检修提出了建议,为设备运检提供参考。Capacitive voltage transformer is an important device to realize the connection between the primary system and the secondary system.It plays an irreplaceable role in the monitoring operation of the power grid.Aiming at a typical abnormality of a 220 kV voltage transformer,this paper uses a joint diagnostic analysis for electrical test and oil test to analyze the cause.The reason is that the voltage transformer's electromagnetic unit intermediate transformer is connected to the voltage-dividing capacitor connector and the box is grounded to discharge breakdown,which causes a short circuit in the intermediate ground isolation switch.It is finally verified by equipment disassembly.Combined with the abnormal reasons,some suggestions are put forward for the production,manufacture,operation and maintenance of voltage transformer,which can provide reference for the equipment operation and inspection.
