摘　　要：本文以苗医和中医的理论背景为基础,通过苗医“风湿类”疾病、中医“痹证”在病因病机及治疗手段等方面的对比,讨论苗医药治疗“风湿类”疾病的优势与特点,提出苗医未来发展思路的建议.In the review,according to the introduction of Miao medicine and Chinese medicine,“rheumatism-like”Diseases of Miao medicine and Chinese Bi syndrome will be compared in their pathogeneses and treatments to reveal advantages and peculiarities of Miao medicine.The suggestions for the future development of Miao medicine also be pointed out.
