改良换药法在神经重症患者臀裂处伤口中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良个体化换药法在神经重症患者臀裂伤口治疗护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月-2019年5月在本院神经外科重症病房住院期间发生臀裂患者50例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各25例。对照组接受普通换药法,实验组接受改良换药方法。结果实验组患者的换药次数、换药费用、臀裂伤口好转/愈合时间均优于对照组,且护理人员对改良换药方法认可度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良换药法在治疗神经重症患者臀裂处伤口疗效显著,提高了臀裂处伤口愈合/好转率,减少换药次数、减轻护士工作及心理压力等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of modified individualized dressing method on the treatment of gluteal cleft wounds in patients with severe neurological diseases.Methods A total of 50 patients with gluteal groove wounds during hospitalization in the intensive care unit of neurosurgery in our hospital during September2017 and May 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number method.Each group received 25 cases.The control group received the ordinary dressing change method,and the experimental group received the modified dressing method.Results The number of dressing changes,the cost of dressing change,and the wound improve/healing time of the gluteal cleft were better than those of the control group,and the recognition of the nursing staff on the improved dressing method was improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved dressing method is effective in treating the gluteal cleft of patients with severe neurosis.It improves the wound healing/reformation rate at the gluteal cleft,reduces the number of dressing changes,reduces the work of nurses and psychological stress,and is worthy of clinical application.
