摘　　要：基于新型建筑工业化的工程管理专业能力的行业要求,结合工程管理专业教学过程中存在的问题,提出改革传统课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、加强实践教学力度、配备完善的教学设施以及启发学生沉浸式学习等教学方法和手段,以期为工程管理教学改革提供参考。Based on the requirements of the engineering management specialty of the new construction industrialization and the problems existing in the teaching process of the engineering management specialty,this paper puts forward teaching reform methods,such as reforming the traditional curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teachers,strengthening the intensity of practical teaching,providing perfect teaching facilities and inspiring students to learn immersive learning,in order to provide a reference for engineering management teaching reform.
