论我国农民工失业保险制度的缺陷及重构

摘　　要：由于农民工受学历、技能等因素制约,在城市往往从事一些替代性较强工作岗位,这些岗位在农民工内部竞争也比较激烈,因此,农民工不可避免会产生失业问题。提高失业保险制度的吸引力,对农民工失业保险制度重构,不仅具有现实意义还有战略意义。As migrant workers are restricted by education, skills and other factors, they are often engaged in some alternative jobs in cities, and the competition for these jobs is also fierce among migrant workers. There fore, migrant workers will inevitably have the problem of unemployment. To improve the attraction of unem ployment insurance system is not only of practical significance but also of strategic significance for the recon struction of migrant workers' unemployment insurance system.
