摘 要:基于组合压气机一维设计软件(OCK)中的输入与输出,构建组合压气机重量与尺寸估算模型.所构建模型的输入主要选用流道设计参数,使重量、尺寸能够根据组合压气机流道设计参数的变化而变化.主要研究对象为轴流-离心的组合压气机,所以将组合压气机分为轴流和离心压气机来构建估算模型.计算结果表明,此类模型对组合压气机的方案设计系统评估中具有一定的参考价值,为后续的工程设计奠定了基础.This paper is based on the input and output of one-dimensional design software(OCK)to build the weight and size estimation model of combined compressor.The main input of the model is the design parameters of the flow passage,so that the weight and size can be changed according to the change of the design parameters of the flow passage of the combined compressor.The main research object of this paper is axial-centrifugal combined compressor,so the combined compressor is divided into axial-flow and centrifugal compressor to build the estimation model.The calculation results show that the model has a certain reference value for the evaluation of the scheme design system of the combined compressor and lays a foundation for the subsequent engineering design.
