摘 要:活塞环是内燃机的重要零部件,因其参与到活塞在腔室内的做功过程,故应具备良好的耐磨性、耐热性、抗腐蚀性和切削性能等.通常将铸铁和钢材作为活塞环的制作材料,并采用镀铬、淬火、硫化、喷涂二氧化钼、喷涂陶瓷材料等表面处理方式改变零件的表面特性,提高其材料性能.因此,通过Taber法测试不同表面处理膜层的耐磨特性,以评估各膜层在改变活塞环耐磨性能上的优劣.Piston ring is an important part of internal combustion engine.Because it participates in the working process of piston in the chamber,it should have good wear resistance,heat resistance,corrosion resistance and cutting performance.Generally,cast iron and steel are used as piston ring materials,and surface treatment methods such as chrome plating,quenching,vulcanization,spraying molybdenum dioxide,spraying ceramic materials are used to change the surface characteristics of parts and improve their material properties.In this paper,Taber method is used to test the wear resistance of different surface treatment coatings in order to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each coating in changing the wear resistance of piston rings.
