摘　　要：针对HXD工艺风机采用定频电机带动循环风机和联动风门组合控制风量带来的能耗过高、电机工作效率低等问题进行电机变频改造,拆除风门,将定频电机改为变频电机直接控制风机风量,实现了电机频率的无级调整,提高了风机调整精度和电机工作效率,节约了能源消耗.In view of the problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency of the motor when the fixed frequency motor is used to drive the circulation fan and linkage damper to control the air volume of HXD process fan,the frequency conversion transformation of the motor is carried out,the damper is removed,and the fixed frequency motor is changed to the frequency conversion motor to directly control the air volume of the fan,which realizes the stepless adjustment of the motor frequency,improves the adjustment accuracy of the fan and the working efficiency of the motor,saving energy consumption.
