摘　　要：CERES 330数控内圆磨床由德国SCHAUDT MIKROSA BWF公司生产,该设备采用SIEMENS 840D数控系统,在设备使用过程中出现了开机后不能正常启动并报警的现象.根据故障现象进行故障原因分析,排查数控系统软件和硬件,在更换MMC103后又出现新的报警,再次排查后发现是由于地址冲突造成MMC103与NCK通信连接不上使设备不能正常工作,最终将故障全面修复.CNC internal and external cylindrical grinding machines are produced by German SCHAUDT MIKROSA BWF Machine Tool Company.In the process of using the device,it appears that it cannot start normally and alarm after power-on.According to the failure phenomenon,analyze the cause of the failure,check the software and hardware of the CNC system,and a new alarm appears after replacing the MMC103.After re-examination,it is found that the MMC103 is caused by an address conflict Failure to communicate with NCK prevents the device from working properly,and eventually the fault is fullyrepaired.
