摘　　要：进入新时代,军民融合发展已上升为国家战略,军工集团内民品公司必须进行转型升级.军工集团内部民品是军工技术转化应用和利用军工技术基础发展起来的,结合国家新要求,在分析集团内部民品存在问题的基础上,针对断点、短板,提出军民融合背景下民品公司加快市场化转型,实现高质量发展的措施建议.In the new era,the development of civil military integration has become a national strategy,and civil products companies in military industry group must be transformed and upgraded.The civil products in the military industry group are developed based on the transformation and application of military technology and the use of military technology.Combined with the new requirements of the state,based on the analysis of the problems existing in the civil products in the group,and in view of the breakpoints and short boards,this paper puts forward measures and suggestions for the civil products company to accelerate the market-oriented transformation and achieve high-quality development under the background of military civil integration.
