白头翁散对鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌病防治效果试验

摘　　要：为了了解白头翁散对细菌感染性疾病的防治效果,给鸡人工感染多杀性巴氏杆菌后,观察中药白头翁散、加味白头翁散、氟苯尼考、强力霉素、白头翁散与氟苯尼考联合以及加味白头翁散与强力霉素联合使用对鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌病的防治效果。结果表明,治疗组和预防组的死亡率较阳性对照组降低,仅使用中药对鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌病防治效果均不太理想,白头翁散对鸡的巴氏杆菌病治疗和预防的保护率分别为15%、25%,加味白头翁散对鸡的巴氏杆菌病治疗和预防的保护率分别为20%、25%;白头翁散与氟苯尼考联合对鸡多杀性巴氏杆菌病防治效果明显增强,保护率分别为90%、95%,存活率显著高于对照组;加味白头翁散与强力霉素联合对鸡巴氏杆菌病的防治效果(保护率分别为75%、85%)明显比单用中药防治效果好。In order to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Pulsatilla powder on bacterial infectious diseases,chickens were infected with pasteurella multocida.Then Pulsatilla powder,Chinese herbal compound,Florfenical,Doxycycline,Pulsatilla powder combined with Florfenical,and Chinese herbal compound combined with Doxycycline were fed to the infected chickens,respectively.The results showed that the mortality of prevention grope and therapy group remarkably decreased compared to the control.However,the efficacy was not very good when using Chinese herb medicine alone.The therapy and prevention rate of Pulsatilla powder and Chinese herbal compound against pasteurella multocida on chickens were 15%,25%,20%and 25%,respectively.Notablly,the efficacy against pasteurella multocida of Pulsatilla powder combined with Florfenical significantly increased,with a 90%and 95%prevention rate,respectively.The therapy and prevention rate of Chinese herbal compound combined with Doxycycline against pasteurella multocida on chickens were 75%and 85%,respectively.
