摘　　要：本文从采穗圃营建、采穗圃管理、穗条采集、蜡封、贮藏及档案记录等方面详细介绍了区域性核桃良种采穗圃营建技术,旨在提高昭通市核桃采穗圃营建质量和穗条产量,为下一步区域核桃基地品种改良提供参考。The paper introduced the cutting orchard establishment technique of good varieties of regional walnut in detail from the aspects of construction,management,cutting collection,wax sealing,storage and file recording,aiming to improve the construction quality of the orchard and the yield of walnut seedling in Zhaotong City,so as to provide references for the next regional walnut base variety improvement.
