太白山地区野生植物柳兰开花生物学特性研究

摘　　要：柳兰是一种观赏价值高、药用活性丰富的野生植物,对太白山自然保护区内的野生柳兰进行开花生物学特性的研究,有助于合理开发和利用野生植物资源。调研结果显示,柳兰开花类型均为晨开型,样方内植株密度1.26株/m^2;植株高度70~218 cm,花序高度40~105 cm,柳兰的植株高度与花序长、周径长、叶长、叶宽之间存在极显著相关性;花药长和花药宽、花冠外径成极显著性相关;花药宽和花冠外径成极显著性相关;花柱长和柱头长、花冠高、花冠内径成极显著性相关;花冠高和花冠内径成极显著性相关。Chamerion angustifolium(L.)Holub.is a kind of wild plant with high ornamental value and abundant medicinal activity.Its flowering biological characteristics were surveyed in Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve,in order to provide reference for the rational development and utilization of wild plant resources.The results showed that the flowering type of C.angustifolium was morning-opening.The density of plant in the sample square was 1.26/m2,the plant height ranged from 70 to 218 cm,and the flower sequence height from 40 to 105 cm.The plant height was significantly correlated with inflo-rescence length,circumestal length,leaf length and leaf width;anther length was very significantly related with anther width and corolla outer dia-meter;anther width was significantly correlated with corolla outer diameter,style length was significantly correlated with stigma length,corolla height and corolla inner diameter,and corolla height and corolla inner diameter were significantly correlated.
