摘  要:以广泛分布在辽宁海岸线的翅碱蓬为研究对象,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫(0、100、200、300、400、500、600 mmol/L)对该植物色素积累的影响。结果表明,NaCl胁迫对翅碱蓬的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和甜菜红素含量的影响总体变化趋势是随盐浓度增加呈减小趋势。对照处理各种色素的含量均最高,之后随着NaCl浓度的升高叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素的含量呈先增大后减小的趋势,说明低浓度NaCl胁迫相对促进叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量的增加。本试验结果可为盐碱地的改良利用、沿海滩涂植被修复、翅碱蓬的作物化栽培及经济价值的开发利用提供一定的理论依据。Pigment accumulation was compared under different concentrations of NaCl(0,100,200,300,400,500,600 mmol/L)on Suaeda Salsa L.which widely distributed in the Liaoning coast line.The results showed that the effects of NaCl stress on the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,carotenoids,and betaetin of phytophthora sagitta were generally decreasing with increasing salt concentration.The content of various pigments in the control treatment was the highest.With the increase of NaCl concentration,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and total chlorophyll increased first and then decreased,indicating that low-concentration NaCl stress promoted chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and total chlorophyll content.The results can provide some theoretical basis for the improved utilization of saline-alkali land,the restoration of vegetation along the beach,the cultivation of Suaeda Salsa L.,and the development and utilization of economic value.
