摘 要:受2020年新冠肺炎疫情影响,短期内,网络出行、在线旅游、餐饮外卖等互联网服务平台面临收入大幅下降、经营风险加剧、企业用工困难等问题。疫情结束后,线上服务行业仍可能受到商户现金流危机、市场预期严重不足等负面影响,部分行业恢复需要较长时间。同时,疫情将加速融合业务线下流量转向线上、融合应用场景创新、传统服务业转型升级。Affected by the COVID-19,in the short term,Internet service platforms such as online travel,online tourism,catering and food delivery are facing problems such as a sharp decline in revenue,intensified operating risks,and difficulty in employment.After the COVID-19 is over,the online service industry may still be negatively affected by merchant cash flow crises and severe market expectations.Some industries may take longer to recover.At the same time,the epidemic will accelerate the transfer of offline business traffic to online,innovate convergence application scenarios,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional service industries.
