武术自选套路教学中运动技能迁移的运用研究

摘　　要：武术是我国乃至世界范围内影响力较大的运动项目之一。武术自选套路乃是中午武术发展的衍生物,最大的特点就是可以根据远动员本身条件特点的差异,可让运动员或教练员在其原有的基础上自由发挥。武术自选套路,主要适用于竞技比赛中,运动员或教练员能根据运动员的优势与特点制定出相应的套路动作,而这种主要采用了编排与制定的方法,与运动技能的迁移有着密不可分的关系。在借鉴前人研究的基础上,主要采用文献研究法、观察法以及对比分析法,探讨武术自选套路的运动技术的迁移。Wushu is one of the most influential sports in China and the world.As a derivative of the development of Wushu at noon,the most important feature of Wushu is that it can mobilize athletes or coaches freely based on their original conditions and characteristics.Wushu self-selected routine is mainly applicable to competitive competitions.Athletes or coaches can develop corresponding routine movements according to athletes'advantages and characteristics.This method mainly adopts the method of arrangement and formulation,which is closely related to the transfer of sports skills.On the basis of previous studies,this paper mainly USES the methods of literature research,observation and comparative analysis to discuss the transfer of the movement technology of Wushu self-selected sets.
