“一带一路”视阈下民族传统体育传播的困境与疏解——基于跨文化传播

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议提出“五通”,其中,“民心相通”是实现沿线国家“互联互通”的核心内容,要求国家间互相理解与尊重。我国是一个多民族国家,由于生活坏境、宗教信仰、民风民俗等多方面因素的共同影响,产生了诸多具有深厚文化底蕴的民族传统体育项目。在“一带一路”倡议背景下,我国的民族传统体育项目,作为文化“外交官”积极的走出国门,与沿线国家进行文化交流与传播,但在此过程中遇到了诸多影响交流与传播效果的困境,亟需探索出一条可有效保障民族传统体育进行跨文化交流与传播的效果路径。采用文献资料法,对民族传统体育在“一带一路”倡议国家传播现状进行了研究。发现在“一带一路”倡议下民族传统体育在沿线国家传播陷入了诸多困境。针对困境提出4条改革路径,以期为疏解传播过程中产生的问题。The“Belt and Road Initiative”proposes the“five links”.Among them,the“community of the people”is the core content of“interconnecting”between countries along the line,and requires mutual understanding and respect among countries.China is a multi-ethnic country.Due to the common influences of life environment,religious beliefs,folk customs and other factors,many traditional national sports with profound cultural heritage have emerged.Under the background of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,China’s national traditional sports programs,as cultural“diplomatic officers”,have actively gone abroad and cultural exchanges and dissemination with countries along the route,but in the process they have encountered many difficulties affecting the effects of communication and communication.It is urgent to explore a path that can effectively guarantee the cross-cultural communication and dissemination of traditional national sports.The literature data method was used to study the current situation of national traditional sports in the“Belt and Road”initiative.It is found that under the“Belt and Road Initiative”initiative,national traditional sports have been caught in many difficulties in the countries along the route.Four reform paths are proposed for the dilemma,in order to solve the problems arising in the process of communication.
