摘　　要：目的:分析总结急性心肌梗死患者行经皮冠脉介入手术时并发电风暴的抢救及护理方法,以提高临床救治效果。方法:选取本院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的急性心肌梗死行经皮冠脉介入术时术中并发电风暴的患者中选取20例,对其临床资料进行回顾分析,总结患者的抢救及护理方法,观察其预后。结果:本组患者发生电风暴的时间为(19.8±1.5)h,电风暴持续时间为(89.6±12.5)min,电击次数为(9.6±3.2)次。经抢救及护理后,患者24 h成功率为80.0%,患者死亡原因主要为频繁室颤;1个月内存活率为60.0%,1年内存活率为50.0%。结论:对急诊冠脉介入术中并发电风暴的急性心肌梗死实施有效全面抢救和护理干预,能够有效提高患者抢救效果,改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the rescue and nursing methods of intraoperative electrical storm in patients with acute myocardial infarction during percutaneous coronary intervention,so as to improve the clinical treatment effect.Methods 20 cases of electrical storm in patients with acute myocardial infarction during percutaneous coronary intervention who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,the rescue and nursing methods were summarized,and the prognosis was observed.Results The on-set time of electrical storm was(19.8±1.5)h,the duration of electrical storm was(89.6±12.5)min,and the number of shocks was(9.6±3.2).After rescue and nursing,the success rate of patients in 24 hours was 80.0%.The causes of death were mainly frequent ventricular fibrillation.The survival rate within 1 month was 60.0%,and the survival rate within 1 year was 50.0%.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing and rescue measures can improve the rescue success rate of intraoperative electrical storm in patients with acute myocardial infarction during percutaneous coronary intervention,and improve the prognosis of patients.
