增液汤联合格列美脲对糖尿病患者氧化应激水平及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析增液汤+格列美脲对糖尿病患者氧化应激指标及炎症指标的干预效果。方法:纳入病例是2017年5月至2019年5月本院收治的92例2型糖尿病患者,以随机法分组,对照组46例患者采纳格列美脲治疗,治疗组46例患者采纳增液汤+格列美脲治疗,对比两组临床疗效、氧化应激指标、炎症指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率(95.65%)显著比对照组(71.74%)高,治疗组治疗后T-AOC、GSH-Px水平显著比对照组高,治疗组治疗后LHP、MDA、IL-10、IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率(4.35%)与对照组(6.52%)比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。 结论:增液汤+格列美脲可有效降低糖尿病患者血糖指标,减轻炎症反应,抑制氧化应激,且不良反应较少,疗效显著,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of Zengye decoction+glimepiride on oxidative stress index and inflammatory index in diabetic patients.Methods 92 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.46 patients in the control group were treated with glimepiride,and 46 patients in the treatment group were treated with Zengye decoction+glimepiride.The clinical efficacy,oxidative stress indicators,inflammatory indicators,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(95.65%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.74%).The T-AOC and GSH-Px levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,the levels of LHP,MDA,IL-10,IL-6,and hs-CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group(4.35%)and the control group(6.52%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Zengye decoction+glimepiride can effectively reduce the blood sugar index of diabetic patients,reduce inflammation,inhibit oxidative stress,with fewer adverse reactions and remarkable curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
