摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色图文术前访视手册在儿童腹腔镜斜疝手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年7月1日至2018年6月30日于本院小儿外科收治的106例全麻下行腹腔镜下腹股沟斜疝内环口结扎术的患儿作为研究对象,将入院的疝气患儿106例随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组采用常规术前访视模式,观察组采用彩色图文手册进行术前访视,访视时间15 min。对比两组患儿的手术依从性、术后并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用,以及患儿家属对临床护理的满意度。结果:观察组患儿的手术依从性(88.68%比71.70%)和患儿家属的临床护理总满意度[(90.61±6.13)分比(86.78±5.47)分]均明显高于对照组(均 P<0.05);同时观察组患儿术后并发症发生率、住院时间和住院费用均明显低于对照组(均 P<0.05)。 结论:彩色图文术前访视手册应用于儿童腹腔镜下斜疝手术可提高患儿对手术的依从性和患儿家属对临床护理的满意度,并能有效地降低术后并发症的发生概率,减少住院时间和住院费用。Objective To explore application effect of preoperative visit color graphic manual in children undergoing laparoscopic oblique hernia surgery.Methods A total of 106 children who underwent laparoscopic inguinal oblique hernia ligation under general anesthesia and were admitted to pediatric surgery of our hospital from July 1,2017 to June 30,2018 were enrolled as study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative visit,while the observation group was given preoperative visit with color graphic manuals.The visit time was 15 min.The surgical compliance,the incidence of postoperative complications,the hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,and satisfaction of their family members on clinical nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical compliance and total satisfaction of their family members on clinical nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[88.68%vs.71.70%,(90.61±6.13)points vs.(86.78±5.47)points](P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications,the hospitalization time,and hospitalization cost in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative visit color graphic manual in children undergoing laparoscopic oblique hernia surgery can improve their surgical compliance and satisfaction of family members on clinical nursing,effectively decrease occurrence probability of postoperative complications,reduce hospitalization time and hospitalization cost.
