一例优拓护理先天性皮肤缺损新生儿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用新型脂质胶体敷料(优拓)护理新生儿先天性皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法:对2019年4月28日收治1例患有先天性皮肤缺损的新生儿采用新型脂质胶体敷料(优拓)治疗,同时配合皮肤创面综合护理,观察及评估应用优拓护理后新生儿先天性皮肤缺损的临床效果。结果:经应用优拓敷料等综合护理9 d后顺利出院,皮肤缺损处愈合良好,无继发感染及疤痕形成,患儿舒适感好,并发症少。结论:提示联合应用优拓护理新生儿先天性皮肤缺损是操作简便、安全有效、适应性好的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of new lipido-colloid dressing(UrgoTul)applied in neonatal congenital skin defect.Methods A neonate with congenital skin defect admitted in our hospital on April 28,2019 was treated by new lipido-colloid dressing(UrgoTul),and was given comprehensive skin wound care.The clinical effect of neonatal congenital skin defect treated by UrgoTul was observed and evaluated.Results The skin defect healed well after UrgoTul nursing for 9 days,without secondary infections or scars.The neonate felt comfortable and had few complications.Conclusion UrgoTul applied in neonatal congenital skin defect is a simple,safe,effective,and adaptable treatment method.
