整体护理对日间包皮环切术儿童心理状态及配合度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理对日间包皮环切术儿童心理状态及配合度的影响。方法:选取本科2018年5月至2019年5月期间收治的120例日间包皮环切术儿童,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组则在对照组基础上进行整体护理,对比两组患儿术前恐惧情绪、术后患儿的并发症发生情况及护理满意度的差异。结果:观察组无紧张情绪患儿明显多于对照组(35.0%比10.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组患儿术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组( P<0.05);观察组患儿及家属护理总满意度明显高于对照组(70.0%比51.7%),两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:实施整体护理,能够缓解日间手术儿童包皮环切术前的恐惧心理,降低术后并发症发生率,加快术后恢复,且能够提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing on psychological state and cooperation degree of children undergoing circumcision during the daytime.Methods 120 children who underwent circumcision in our department from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given holistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of fear of the children before operation,the occurrence of complications,and nursing satisfaction of the children after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of preoperative no nervousness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(35.0%vs.10.0%),with statistically significant significance(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant significance(P<0.05);the degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.0%vs.51.7%),with statistically significant significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can alleviate the fear of children before circumcision,reduce the incidence of complications,accelerate the recovery,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of children and their families.
