摘　　要：介绍1例己内酰胺化学热液烧伤患者并发脓毒血症行CRRT治疗的效果。通过早期的CRRT治疗,持续清除毒素,可有效改善患者高分解代谢及明显减轻患者胃肠功能紊乱、循环功能障碍、肝功能损伤等症状。通过高质量的护理,在行CRRT治疗前对患者病情进行全面评估,治疗中实施三级液体管理,预防置管部位皮肤感染,监测体外循环凝血情况,同时对患者进行舒缓护理。在治疗期间有效纠正水、电解质紊乱,保证了患者治疗顺利和舒适,减少了并发症的发生。The effect of a patient with caprolactam chemical hydrothermal burn complicated with sepsis treated by continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)was introduced.Early CRRT treatment and continuous elimination of toxins could effectively improve the patient's high catabolism,and significantly reduce his gastrointestinal dysfunction,circulatory dysfunction,liver function damage,and other symptoms.Before CRRT treatment,the patient's conditions were comprehensively evaluated,three-level liquid management was implemented,skin infection was prevented at the catheterization site,extracorporeal circulation coagulation was monitored,nursing measures were taken in time,and humanistic care was given.During the treatment,water and electrolyte disorders were effectively corrected to ensure the treatment and to reduce complications.
