循证护理在点阵CO2激光治疗瘢痕患者创面护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的循证护理在点阵CO2激光治疗瘢痕患者创面护理中的应用。方法选取2018年6月至12月于本科接受点阵CO2激光治疗瘢痕的患者100例为研究对象,根据治疗期间护理干预方法不同分为两组,各50例。观察组采取循证护理方法,对照组采取常规护理方法。对比两组患者干预后治疗区域的视觉评估效果,记录两组点阵创面疼痛消退时间及创面愈合时间;评估两组患者对护理干预效果的满意度。结果干预后,观察组治疗区域视觉评估结果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛消退时间、创面愈合时间分别为(25.11±6.49)h、(7.32±1.66)h,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组对护理干预效果满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用循证护理对本科点阵CO2激光治疗瘢痕患者进行术前、术中及术后创面护理中具有较好护理干预效果,可有效提高治疗区域的视觉治疗效果,缓解治疗创面疼痛,促进创面愈合,患者满意度好。Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in wound care of patients with scar treated by dot-matrix CO2 laser.Methods 100 patients who underwent a CO2 laser treatment of scars in our department from June to December,2018 were selected as study objects.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different nursing intervention methods during the treatment,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with evidence-based nursing,while the control group with routine nursing methods.The visual assessment effects of the treatment area of the two groups were compared.The pain relief times and wound healing times of the two groups were recorded.The satisfactions of the two groups on the effect of nursing intervention was evaluated.Results The visual effect evaluation results of the treatment area in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of pain relief and wound healing time were(25.11±6.49)h and(7.32±1.66)h in the observation group,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing intervention was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidencebased nursing has good effect on pre-,intra-and post-operative wound care for patients with scars treated by dot matrix CO2 laser,and can effectively improve the visual treatment effect in the treatment area,relieve the wound pain and promote wound-healing,with high patient satisfaction.
