摘 要:为探究紫草色素上染棉纤维的染色效果,以紫草和棉纤维为研究对象,利用单因素法和正交试验法测试并计算在不同的pH、染色温度、染色时间、染色质量浓度下棉纤维的上染率。在得出最优化方案后,再利用优化后的方案对棉纤维进行上染,并计算出上染率和纤维强力损失率。试验结果表明:染色时间为80min,pH在4.8~6.6之间,染色温度为70℃,染色质量浓度为40g/L,可达到最佳染色效果。在最佳染色条件下,紫草对棉纤维的上染率为35.50%,纤维的强力损失率为8.95%。In order to explore the dyeing effect of arnebia pigment on cotton fiber, arnebia and cotton fiber are used as research objects, and single factor method and orthogonal test method are used to test and calculate the dyeing rate of cotton fibers under different p H, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and concentration. After the optimization scheme is obtained, the cotton fiber is dyed by the optimized scheme, and the dyeing rate and the fiber strength loss rate are calculated. The test results show that the dyeing time is 80 minutes, the p H is between 4.8 and 6.6, the dyeing temperature is 70°C, and the dyeing concentration is 40 g/L, which can achieve the best dyeing effect. Under the optimal dyeing conditions, the dyeing rate of arnebia to cotton fiber is 35.50%, and the fiber strength loss rate of is 8.95%.
