摘　　要：偏远农村乡村治理空壳化现象凸显,导致精准扶贫工作出现难题,而农村中有威望、有能力的能人贤达,在现代乡村基层治理中有着不可或缺的作用,特别是乡贤在参与精准扶贫和精准脱贫工作中,具有重要意义。要充分发挥乡贤参与乡村治理,开展精准扶贫工作的作用,着力提高脱贫攻坚的成效,提升困难农民的致富能力,找准脱贫致富的路子,在精准落地上见实效。乡贤参与精准扶贫工作中,要加大产业扶持力度,因地制宜加快发展对贫困户增收有带动作用的特色产业;大力推动思想文化扶贫,创新扶贫工作机制,开展扶贫扶智行动;实施精准扶贫工程,强化扶贫资金投入保障;加快补齐贫困乡村基础设施短板,推动精准扶贫工作见成效。The phenomenon of shell governance in remote rural areas has become more and more prominent,leading to difficult problems in the work of targeted poverty alleviation,and the prestigious and capable people in rural areas play an indispensable role in the governance of modern rural grassroots.In particular,Xiang Xian has an important significance in participating in the work of precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation.We need to give full play to the role of villagers in rural governance,carry out precise poverty alleviation work,improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,enhance the ability of farmers in difficulty to become rich,and find ways to get rid of poverty and get rich,and see effective results on the precise landing.In participating in the work of precision poverty alleviation,the villagers have stepped up industrial support,accelerated the development of special industries that drive the increase in income of poor households according to local conditions,vigorously promoted ideological and cultural poverty alleviation,innovated the work mechanism for poverty alleviation,launched actions to help the poor,and implemented targeted poverty alleviation projects.We will strengthen investment in poverty alleviation funds,speed up efforts to fill the gaps in poor rural infrastructure,and achieve tangible results in efforts to promote targeted poverty alleviation.
