摘 要:为研究不同预处理方法对提高水稻秸秆厌氧发酵产气量的影响,选择酸洗、堆沤两种方式对其进行预处理。通过测定厌氧发酵CH4和CO2的产生量,发现堆沤预处理破坏有机物之间的化学键及木质素的结构,产生更多可溶性物质,有利于酸化和产CH4的平衡,提高稻草的生物可降解性。酸洗后稻草由于在冲洗过程中有机质流失量大,在中和处理过程中有酸的残留,造成CH4产量减少。In order to study the effect of different pretreatment methods on improving the gas production of rice straw anaerobic fermentation,acid pickling and stacking were selected to pretreat the rice straw.By measuring the production of CH4 and CO2 in anaerobic fermentation,it was found that Composting Pretreatment destroyed the chemical bonds between organic substances and the structure of lignin,and produced more soluble substances,which was conducive to the balance of acidification and methanogenesis,and improved the biodegradability of rice straw.After pickling,rice straw loses a lot of organic matter in the washing process,and there is acid residue in the neutralization process,which reduces methane production.
