摘　　要：随着汽车消费需求的不断增加,选取华奴第八期汽车贷款资产支持证券化产品作为分析对象,对产品的交易结构的设计、入池资产的特征、信用增级的设计进行分析,肯定了该产品在交易结构设计的创新性以及资产池入池资产选择标准的合理性,针对存在的问题,结合我国的实际情况,提出相应的建议。为完善和推动汽车贷款资产证券化在我国的快速简况发展提供参考。With the increasing demand for automobile consumption,the paper selects Huanu’s eighth auto loan asset-backed securitization product as the object of analysis.analyzes the design of transaction structure,characteristics of assets entering pool,credit enhancement design,affirms the innovation of transaction structure design and the rationality of asset selection standard,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the existing problems and the actual situation of our country.To improve and promote the securitization of auto loan assets The rapid brief development in China provides reference.
