摘　　要：特殊时期,有效防护是保护医务人员安全及预防交叉感染的关键。为有效预防新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)流行时期的危害,根据不同暴露等级,医务人员所采取的防护措施也尤为重要。心电医生履行岗位职责,但也务必注意医疗防护及预防交叉感染。正确选择和使用消毒剂也是保护心电医护人员的一项重要工作。本文就心电检查过程中如何进行防护、心电检查室及仪器的消毒、如何处理使用过的一次性防护用具以及口罩、消毒剂的分类和使用等方面进行了介绍,希望对预防新冠肺炎感染有所帮助。The safety of medical staff and the prevention of cross-infection are very important in the special period.In order to prevent infectious diseases effectively during the epidemic period of COVID-19,according to different exposure levels,protective measures taken by medical staff are particularly crucial.ECG doctors perform their duties,but they must also pay attention to medical protection and prevention of cross-infection.Correct selection and application of disinfectants are also very important for ECG doctors.In this paper,protection during electrocardiogram examination,sterilization of ECG examination room and instrument disposal of disposable protective equipment and masks,classification and use of disinfectants are introduced.We hope it will be helpful in the prevention of COVID-19 infection.
