螺钉内固定术与微型接骨板跨关节内固定术对足跖跗关节损伤患者关节功能的影响比较

摘　　要：目的比较螺钉内固定术与微型接骨板跨关节内固定术对足跖跗关节损伤患者关节功能的影响。方法选取本院98例足跖跗关节骨折患者,根据治疗方法的不同,分为A组和(45例,行螺钉内固定术)和B组(53例,行微型接骨板跨关节内固定术)。比较两组手术情况、足关节功能评分情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果相比A组,B组负重锻炼时间、骨折愈合时间及内固定物取出时间均明显缩短(P<0.01)。与A组(77.78%)比较,B组足关节功能优良率(96.23%)明显升高(P<0.05)。两组住院时间和术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比螺钉内固定术,微型接骨板跨关节内固定术可有效促进足跖跗关节骨折患者骨折愈合,缩短负重锻炼时间和内固定物取出时间,从而可有效促进关节功能的恢复,且安全性良好。Objective To compare the effect of screw internal fixation and micro plate cross joint internal fixation on the joint function of patients with plantar tarsal joint fracture.Methods 98 patients with tarsometatarsal joint fracture were divided into group A and group B according to the different treatment methods.In group A,screw fixation was performed(n=45),and in group B,micro plate fixation was performed(n=53).The operation condition,function score of foot joint and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with group A,the time of weight-bearing exercise,fracture healing and removal of internal fixation in group B were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Compared with group A(77.78%),the excellent and good rate of foot joint function in group B(96.23%)was significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in hospital stay and postoperative complications(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with screw internal fixation,micro plate internal fixation can effectively promote fracture healing,shorten the time of weight-bearing exercise and the time of internal fixation removal,so as to effectively promote the recovery of joint function,and has good safety.
