桁架拱桥新型链条轨道式检查车设计与安装

摘　　要：贵州林织铁路纳界河特大桥为主跨352 m上承式变高截面提篮钢桁拱桥,左右拱肋间距从拱脚27 m变至跨中8 m,设计由新型链条轨道式检查车通过锁定于梁底、抱箍于拱圈K撑,利用柴油发动机提供动力带动检修平台自爬行对梁部和主拱圈进行无障碍、全覆盖的管理维护工作。特别是在主拱肋已合拢成型、无法利用大型吊装设备的情况下,通过研究其轨道系统独特的构造特点,重点解决其轨道运输和精确安装就位,对比顶升法、卷扬机牵引法、简易安装车辅助法,利用原有构造特点设计了简易安装车。安全、精确、快速地完成了桥梁检查车安装施工。Guizhou linzhi railways,forms a bridge across the bearing type high section basket on 352 m steel truss arch bridge,arch rib spacing from arch feet around 27 m to 8 m in across,design a new type chain track inspection car through the lock in the bottom of the beam,hoop in arch ring K and the use of a diesel engine powered drive maintenance platform from crawling to beam and the management of the barrier-free,full coverage of the main arch ring maintenance work.Especially in the main arch rib has closed forming,unable to use large hoisting equipment,through studies the characteristics of the structure of the rail system is unique,the key to solve the orbit transportation and precise installation in place,contrast jack-up method,hoist drawing method,simple and easy to install auxiliary method,using the structure characteristics of the original design for easy installation,safe,accurate,fast,completed the bridge inspection vehicle installation.
