摘 要:针对强力混合机物料进料口的产尘问题,建立了CFD-DEM耦合仿真模型并进行了实验验证;研究了进料口诱导气流的变化规律,分析了物料的下落高度、质量流量对进料口诱导气流的影响,揭示了进料口的产尘机理;对比了膨润土、铁精粉及其混合物(二者质量比为1∶1)这3种不同物料的产尘特点。结果表明:进料口物料下落过中的气固耦合过程分为垂直下落、挤压碰撞和扩散3个阶段,诱导气流是产尘的决定性因素;诱导气流速度与物料质量流量成幂函数关系,诱导气流速度均随着质量流量的增大而增大;幂指数范围为0.69~0.79,落料高度越高,幂指数越大;在3种物料中,膨润土物料下落时的产尘量最大。A CFD-DEM coupling simulation model was established and verified by experiments for the dust generation at the material inlet of strong mixing machine.The change law of the airflow induced by inlet was studied,the influence of falling height and mass flow on the airflow induced by inlet was analyzed and the dust generation mechanism of the inlet was revealed.The dust production characteristics of bentonite,ferric powder and their mixture(mass ratio of them is 1∶1)were compared.The results show that the gas-solid coupling process of material falling through the inlet is divided into three stages:vertical falling,extrusion collision and diffusion.The relationship between induced airflow velocity and material mass flow rate is a power function and the induced airflow velocity increases with the increase of mass flow rate.The power index ranges from 0.69 to 0.79,and the higher the blanking height,the larger the power index.Among the three materials,bentonite materials produce the most dust when falling.
