摘 要:随着智能终端的普及,柔性电子产品呈现巨大的市场前景。柔性应力应变传感器是一种新型的电子设备,灵活可变形的传感器可以使机器之间友好的互连成为一个新兴的领域,发展迅速。本文通过一种复刻的方式将原模板的规则结构很好的印在聚氨酯(PU)薄膜上,得到表面凹凸不平的PU薄膜,再通过滴涂和热还原法制备还原氧化石墨烯(r GO)/聚氨酯(PU)薄膜,然后以导电铜箔胶带为导线、聚酰亚胺胶带为封装材料得到r GO/PU应力应变传感器,对该传感器的测试结果表明,其弯曲循环稳定性>150次,该传感器可用在手指弯曲和脉搏跳动的检测上,表明该传感器可在人体健康监测应用。With the popularization of intelligent terminal,flexible electronic products present a huge market prospect. Flexible stressstrain sensor is a new type of electronic equipment,flexible and strain sensor can make the friendly interconnection between machines become a new field,developing rapidly.In this paper,the regular structure of the original template is well printed on the polyurethane( PU) film by means of a copying method to obtain the PU film with uneven surface.Reduced graphene oxide( rGO)/polyurethane( PU) films were prepared by drop coating and thermal reduction.The r GO/PU stress-strain sensor was obtained by using conductive copper foil tape as the conductor and polyimide tape as the packaging material.The cyclic stability of the bend of the r GO/PU stressstrain sensor was tested( > 150 times),and the sensor was used to detect the pulse and bending of the finger.It has a good prospect in human health monitoring.
