摘　　要：目的探讨胃食管反流病的中医证候分布规律,为该病的临床辨证论治提供依据。方法采用预先设计的调查表,对2015年9月~2017年12月期间门诊就诊的263例胃食管反流病患者进行流行病学调查,收集症状、体征及舌脉等资料,建立数据库,通过因子分析提取公因子,并结合中医学知识给予解释。结果因子分析共提取特征根值为2.537、累计贡献率为72.959%的4个公因子,结合中医证候学进行判断,可归纳为类中虚气逆证、类瘀血阻络证、类肝脾湿热证和类肝胃不和证。结论因子分析法是客观分析胃食管反流病中医证候分布规律的有效方法之一,可为本病的辨证论治提供依据。Objective To explore the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods Using a pre-designed questionnaire,an epidemiological survey was conducted on 263 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who visited the clinic from September 2015 to December 2017.Data such as symptoms,signs and shemai were collected.And a database was established.The common factors were extracted by factor analysis,and explained in combination with Chinese medical knowledge.Results The factor analysis extracted 4 common factors with a characteristic root value of 2.537 and a cumulative contribution rate of 72.959%.And the factors were judged combined with the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and could be summarized into zhongxu qini syndrome,yuxue zuluo syndrome,ganpi shire syndrome and ganwei discordance syndrome.Conclusion Factor analysis is one of the effective methods to objectively analyze the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and it can provide a basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.
