摘  要:我国大跨度桥上的梁端钢轨伸缩调节器及梁缝处抬轨装置区域的轨道结构极易出现病害,通过对建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术在高速铁路钢轨伸缩调节器工程中的应用进行深入探讨和研究,将调节器健康监测与BIM技术相结合,提出基于BIM的调节器监测方法。利用边缘计算对数据进行前置处理,采用层次化设计,将各个功能域与BIM的各个层并行结合,建立普适安全链条关联模型,对数据进行链域和全域的分析。在此基础上,根据COBie标准建立竣工交付信息模型来集成与传递数据,将钢轨伸缩调节器与BIM承载的建设和管理信息无缝转移到运维阶段,实现对钢轨伸缩调节器的实时评估预警及智慧决策的协同管理,为将来智能运维奠定基础。The regional track structure of the beam-end telescopic regulator on the long-span bridge and the rail-lifting device at the beam joint in China is prone to disease.Through the in-depth discussion and research on the application of Building Information Model(BIM)technology in the high-speed railway rail telescopic regulator project,combining the regulator health monitoring with BIM technology,a BIM-based regulator monitoring method was proposed.It uses edge computing to pre-process the data,adopts a hierarchical design,combines each functional domain with each layer of BIM in parallel,establishes a universal security chain association model,and conducts chain domain and global domain analysis of the data.Based on this,an as-built delivery information model is established to integrate and transfer data according to the COBie standard.It seamlessly transfers the construction and management process information of the rail telescopic regulator and BIM to the operation and maintenance stage.In this way,the real-time assessment and early warning of the rail telescopic regulator and the coordinated management of intelligent decision-making are realized,laying the foundation for future intelligent operation and maintenance.
