摘  要:通过化学共沉淀法和正交试验设计方法得到高纯度的钨酸锆(ZrW 2O 8),对其前驱体进行热重-差热分析,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和热膨胀仪对产物进行物相分析、形貌表征以及ZrW 2O 8/环氧树脂复合材料的热膨胀性能分析。结果表明:所得产物物相主要为ZrW 2O 8,具有无规则形状,粒度约10μm;当ZrW 2O 8粉体添加质量分数为20%和40%时,ZrW 2O 8/环氧树脂复合材料的热膨胀系数与环氧树脂基体的热膨胀系数相比,分别降低了16.94%,42.15%。In this paper,high purity zirconium tungstate(ZrW 2O 8)was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method and orthogonal design method.The precursor of ZrW 2O 8 was analyzed by TG-DTA.The phase and morphology of ZrW 2O 8 were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope,the thermal expansion properties of ZrW 2O 8/epoxy composite was studied by thermal dilatometer.The results show that the product phase is mainly ZrW 2O 8 with irregular shape and particle size of about 10μm;when the mass fraction of ZrW 2O 8 powder is 20%and 40%,the thermal expansion coefficient of ZrW 2O 8/epoxy composite is 16.94%and 42.15%lower than that of epoxy resin matrix,respectively.
