摘 要:以国家海绵城市建设相关政策为依据,参照国内外"海绵城市"建设成功案例,结合扬州本土现状,把"弹性扬州"作为扬州海绵城市建设目标,提出海绵城市建设思路、建设途径及在新建小区、陈旧小区、市政道路、绿地广场、内河水系等区域采取的技术措施,以提升水环境保护能力和水生态修复能力,构建与城市发展相适应和协调的水生态系统,最终建成不淹不涝城市。With relevant national policies for sponge city construction as the basis, according to successful demonstration projects of sponge city construction at home and abroad, combining with Yangzhou local situation, with Elastic Yangzhou as the construction goal of sponge city construction. It will improve the capacity of water environment protection and ecological restoration, to set up the compatible and coordinate water ecological system with the city development, to build the city without flood eventually. The thinking and pathways for sponge city construction and technical measures for areas such as new residential areas, old residential areas, municipal roads, green squares, inland rivers are put forward.
