水性固体环氧树脂乳液的制备及性能的研究

摘　　要：文章以外乳化法制备水性固体环氧树脂乳液。实验表明,环氧基/NCO/OH=1:2:2、乳化剂含量为15%、聚乙二醇4000、加水速度40 min、乳化温度为50℃下制备的乳液达到最佳,同时将其与常规法制备的乳液和标准HG/T4759-2014对比发现,耐水性、耐盐雾性等性能都明显优于标准HG/T4759-2014。An aqueous solid epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by an external emulsification method.Experiments show that the emulsion prepared by epoxy/NCO/OH =1:2:2, emulsifier content of 15%,polyethylene glycol 4000, water addition rate of 40 min, and emulsification temperature of 50℃ is the best.Comparing with the emulsion prepared by the conventional method and the standard HG/T4759-2014, the water resistance, salt spray resistance and other properties are significantly better than the standard HG/T4759-2014.
