摘　　要：中国是全世界认知症长者数量最多的国家,认知症照料设施的专业化是未来发展的重要方向。文章通过文献研究结合实地调研,从认知症长者和照护人员两方面出发,了解认知症长者的日常活动需求。通过对南京某连锁认知症照料设施的实地调研,对认知症照料设施中典型日常活动的空间需求进行讨论,对相关公共活动空间布局、居住空间和卫生空间进行分析和总结,最后提出相应的空间设计优化策略。China has the largest number of people with dementia in the world,and the specialization of dementia care facilities is an important direction for future development.Based on literature research and field research,this paper aims to understand the daily activities needs of the elderly with dementia from two aspects:the elderly with cognitive impairment and the caregivers.Based on a field survey of a chain cognitive care facility in Nanjing,this paper discusses the spatial needs of typical daily activities in elderly with dementia care facility,analyses and summarizes the spatial layout of related public activities,residential space and sanitary space,and finally puts forward corresponding space design optimization strategies.
