摘 要:为了研究氯盐侵蚀环境下开裂混凝土内钢筋腐蚀劣化特性,结合钢筋腐蚀电化学理论及现有试验结果,对混凝土保护层厚度、裂缝宽度影响下的锈蚀钢筋表面腐蚀电流密度实测值进行线性回归和相关性研究,给出了锈蚀稳定阶段钢筋表面平均腐蚀电流密度的理论模型。研究结果表明:保护层厚度、裂缝宽度对混凝土内钢筋腐蚀速率影响显著,裂缝可作为侵蚀介质渗透的主要途径,增大保护层厚度可有效减缓钢筋锈蚀速率;对比验证了所提出的锈蚀钢筋表面平均腐蚀电流密度理论预测模型,与试验值吻合良好,变异系数δ=0.08,相关结果能够为侵蚀环境下混凝土结构内钢筋锈蚀速率评估提供参考。In order to study the corrosion degradation characteristics of steel in concrete under the chloride environment,the linear regression and correlation of corrosion current density test values of corroded steel under the influence of cover thickness and crack width were performed based on corrosion electrochemical theory and existing experimental results.A theoretical model for the average corrosion current density on the surface of steel during the rust stabilization phase was proposed.The results show that the cover thickness and crack width have a significant influence on the corrosion rate of the rebar in concrete.Cracks can be used as the main approach for the penetration of erosion media.Increasing the cover thickness can effectively slow down the corrosion rate of the steel;Through verifying the proposed theoretical model,the prediction model of average corrosion current density is in good agreement with the experimental values and the coefficient of variation is 0.08,which can provide a reference for evaluating the corrosion rate of reinforcing bars in concrete structures under corrosive environments.
