摘　　要：建筑节能与绿色建筑信息统计是加强建筑节能和绿色建筑管理工作的重中之重,是辅助和推动相关工作发展的重要基础。文章阐述了江苏省建筑节能与绿色建筑统计信息管理系统的设计思路、功能模块及数据录入审核流程等内容。系统正式投入运行后,取得了良好效果,为各级住房城乡建设主管部门提供了便捷高效的工具。Information statistics is the top priority of strengthening the management of building energy conservation and green building,also is an important foundation to assist and promote the development of relevant work.The paper analysis the design ideas,functional modules and data entry review process of statistics and information management system for Jiangsu Province building energy efficiency and green building.It has achieved a good result since the system has run formally,also provided convenient and efficient tool for the competent departments of housing and urban rural development at all levels.
