摘　　要：文章对染料中间体取代苯基硫脲类废水进行综合分析,通过对废水中和、置换、氧化、浓缩结晶等工序,回收废水中的取代苯胺、硫氰酸亚铜和硫酸铵,并通过实验探讨了氧化亚铜制备、中和pH值、置换反应摩尔比、双氧水用量等对废水清洁处理对影响。This article comprehensively analyzed dye intermediates substituted phenylthiourea wastewater.Through neutralization,replacement,oxidation,concentration and crystallization of wastewater,the substituted aniline,cuprous thiocyanate,and ammonium sulfate were recovered in the wastewater.The effects of the preparation of cuprous oxide,neutralization pH value,molar ratio of displacement reaction,and amount of hydrogen peroxide on the cleaning treatment of wastewater were discussed.
