摘　　要：在"一带一路"倡议的引导下,我国近年来与俄语国家的国际合作日渐增多,对俄语专业人才的需求也逐渐增大。在此影响下,我国俄语专业的人才培养模式,在教学理念、方法、手段、体系等方面深受影响,并不断发生变化。因此,为了更好地适应"一带一路"的发展,民办院校应树立国际化的教学标准,打造国际化的俄语应用型人才培养体系,进而推进"一带一路"倡议的实施,加强中俄合作。Under the guidance of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,China’s international cooperation with Russian countries has increased in recent years,and the demand for Russian professionals has also increased. Under this influence,the personnel training mode of Russian major in our country is deeply influenced in teaching concept,method,means,system and so on,and constantly changes. Therefore,in order to better adapt to the development of "Belt and Road"Initiative,private colleges should set up international teaching standards and create an international training system for Russian applied talents,thus promoting the implementation of the"Belt and Road"Initiative and strengthening Sino-Russian cooperation.
