共享经济理念下的高校外语双师型教师队伍建设研究

摘　　要：为适应当前复合型人才培养需求,高校"双师型"教师队伍建设日益受到关注。本文从共享经济视角入手,剖析"双师型"教师队伍建设对外语教学重要意义,并提出建立"双师型"师资共享机制的策略建议。To meet the demands for cultivating of talented students with comprehensive knowledge,it is increasingly important for colleges to build the teaching force with diversified professional backgrounds. Based on the theory of Sharing Economy,this essay will illustrate the importance of building the teaching force with"dual-qualification"and put forward several suggestions on how to establish the sharing platform to train foreign language teachers with"dual-qualification".
