现代远程教育对促进我国高层次人力资源发展的意义探究

摘　　要：随着我国现代远程教育的不断发展,针对高层次人力资源的远程教育逐渐受到重视与推广。作为我国国民教育的一种新型教育模式,现代远程教育在优化人力资源配置、增强我国人力资源竞争力等方面作用显著。结合我国人力资源的现状,可以发现发展现代远程教育对提升我国人力资源素质,推动我国加速迈向人力资源强国具有重要意义。With the continuous development of modern distance education in China,distance education for high-level human resources has gradually received attention and promotion. As a new type of education model for national education in China,modern distance education plays a significant role in optimizing the allocation of human resources and enhancing the competitiveness of China’s human resources. Combined with the current situation of human resources in China,we can find that the development of modern distance education is of great significance to improving the quality of China’s human resources and promoting China’s acceleration to a human resource.
