虎掌南星(掌叶半夏)的化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：虎掌南星来自于天南星科半夏属植物掌叶半夏(Pinellia pedatisecta Schott)的块茎,具有燥湿化痰,祛风止痉,散结消肿等功效.目前从虎掌南星中已分离得到一百多个化合物,包括生物碱、环二肽类、氨基酸类、脂肪油类、糖类、凝集素类等成分.查阅近几十年来的国内外相关文献,对虎掌南星主要的化学成分、药理作用研究成果进行归纳总结,以期为虎掌南星今后的研究开发提供参考.There are the functions of eliminating dampness and eliminating phlegm,expelling wind and relieving convulsion,dissipating binds and disperse swelling for Pinellia pedatisecta Schott. At present,more than one hundred compounds have been isolated from the plant,including alkaloids,cyclic dipeptides,amino acids,fatty oils,carbohydrates,lectins and other components. The main chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of P. pedatisecta were summarized by consulting the domestic and foreign literatures in recent decades,in order to provide reference for the future research and development of P. pedatisecta.
